HOW TO BAKE- Add entire packet to thinly sliced vegetables, add salt, chilli, garlic and ginger for your own taste, spray with cooking spray, bake in small piles in a hot oven at 180c for 10-15 minutes, turn the Bhaji’s over & spray again - cook until vegetables are cooked.

FRIED ‘STREET FOOD’ METHOD

Add entire spice bag to thinly sliced vegetables - our favourite combination is ¼ Aubergine, 2 medium Potatoes & 2 Onions. Add some Garlic & Ginger around 2 tablespoons of each, add some chilli & salt  and around 130g of Gram Flour then mix well so all the vegetables are covered add a few drops of water at a time and mix well to make sure everything is combined and covered with the wet flour and spice mix. You could also use yoghurt or chopped tomatoes (instead of water) which will change the flavour. Make sure your vegetables are well coated then drop piles into hot oil and deep fry (gas mark 6) for around 6 mins or until your vegetables are thoroughly cooked.  Serve with a yoghurt & mint dip.  to reheat fried bhaji's place in hot oven (180c) for 5-7 minutes until crispy & piping hot.  Cold oil will make soggy bhaji’s - Get in touch if you're having any problems!
